Quick answers about limited ads, privacy choices, troubleshooting, and local game data.
Revealscape works without an account or a constant internet connection. If a limited ad is unavailable or fails, you can keep playing normally.
How ads work
- Rewarded video: after a loss, you may choose to watch one video to continue the same attempt. The continuation is granted only after the completed reward event and can be used once per attempt.
- Interstitial: may appear after an explicit action that starts an attempt, such as Play, Retry, or Next Level, and before attempts 3, 6, 9, and so on in the current session.
- There are no banner ads and no ads during active gameplay.
Ads are never required for levels, the map, collectibles, retries, or normal progression.
An ad did not load
This can happen because of network conditions, consent choices, inventory, or an ad service error. Revealscape is designed to continue immediately without the ad. Use the normal Retry, Map, or Next Level option.
Review privacy choices
Open Settings → Privacy & ads → Manage privacy options. Google displays this control when it is required for your region or previous choice and the native privacy service is available. If you expect the control but do not see it, restart the app and contact support if it remains unavailable. This never blocks normal play.
Report an inappropriate ad
In the game, open Settings → Privacy & ads → Report an ad, or email us directly. If possible, include:
- the approximate date and time;
- whether it was a rewarded video or an interstitial;
- the city or level you were opening; and
- a screenshot of the ad, if it can be captured safely and cropped to remove personal information.
Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.

- Close and reopen Revealscape.
- Confirm that iOS and Revealscape are up to date.
- Restart the iPhone if the problem continues.
- If you are comfortable sharing it, email support with the iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Delete local game data
Revealscape has no online player account. To remove locally stored progress and preferences, delete the app and its data from the iPhone. Reinstalling starts a new local save unless the device restores app data from an Apple backup.
